Haha “practicing” for Beethoven Virus… Honestly why did they choose the trumpet??? It’s not really that musshisuh…(no offense to any trumpet players out there) If anything I wish they chose piano (which is kinda overdone in dramas I guess) violin (which I guess Lee Jiah’s playing but hey if they were like rivals in violin that would spice things up lol) cello even… Well my personal preference would be to put Lee Jiah on the flute and JGS on electric violin. That would have been super hot. ^^ But no use crying over spilt milk I s’pose

Just cuz all this orchestra talk reminds me of this performance. ^^

Big Bank Lies MKMF Awards

So honestly, I LOVED this episode. It was an episode that reminded me why I watch this show. It was definitely an improvement from last week’s poor editing (I was really disappointed in last week’s eppy -0-) and there were soooo many cute, tender moments ^^ SPOILERS AHEAD

Him not waking up totally reminded me of myself LOL It’s sooo hard to get up in the morning, I totally sympathized with him. He wears such interesting outfits in Japan. HAHA and it was funny when Hwang Bo went into the studio to sing her featuring part and she saw that all of his Japanese lyrics were romanized in Korean LOL

In Young + Crown J

The whole hospital thing was cute. Her little scheming ways and her victory dance made me laugh. Then the fact that they went shopping and Crown J literally told her to hold up so he could open the door for her made me laugh too. He’s such a gentleman haha I thought the cherry headband he got for her was reallyyy pretty and the fact that they both chose it as their favorite buy of the day was totally adorable. The hot pants scene was hilarious too. I love how he was soo against her buying hella short stuff and then he was all like “well if you’re going to wear it at home…” LOL I used to hateee SIY but she’s growing on me. I feel like she actually likes him but she expects the guy to act and he’s not doing anything cuz he’s working so hard to not cross the boundaries he’s set for himself as a fake couple even though he likes her more than she likes him imo. I like how disappointed/jealous she got when (1) he didn’t kiss her at the wedding pictures [i think they're pretty much the only couple that hasn't kissed yet and hyunjoong/hwangbo don't count] (2) when anbi had their couple rings

Alex + Shin Ae

Eh…they’re getting kind of boring. He’s still super sweet and romantic and stuff but I wish the PD’s would stop editing their scenes to make it so freaking awkward between them and actually give a more realistic interaction between them so that it doesn’t all seem romantic or awkward. I liked how Shin Ae gave him cake and she seems to be messing around with him more though.

Andy + Solbi

GAHHH I LOVE THEM! I LOVE THEM! They’re my favoritest couple. Have been and yes I’m one of those people that they really do hook up in real life. It was soooo cuuute that they got each other couple rings. I think it might be my favoritest scene in the whole series so far! I love how they both have 2 pairs LOL And I LOVED the scene when they both exchanged rings. It was seriously freaking cute. They were both soo hilarious cuz they were trying to be subtle about it but both of them were totally missing the point. How Andy totally missed the fact that the string was on the light and Solbi had to point out repeatedly to him before he even noticed it. And it was funny that Andy was so out of it cuz he just woke up and he was sooo unresponsive and soo bad at portraying his emotions while at the same time feeling so shocked about the rings that Solbi misunderstood and thought he was still upset at her for losing the ring from before. But really Andy was trying to figure out how to give HIS rings to HER. And then he ended up just putting it next to her bowl but she was so busy trying to explain her actions so he ended up having to point at the ring with his chopsticks before she even noticed it and then he shows her his hand with the ring and ah!! Then that whole speech about how if a ring fits on the guy’s pinky finger fits on a girl’s ring finger then they’re a match made in heaven! gahhh~!! sooo cuteee~!!! I wish they ended the show with anbi instead of alshin cuz it was weird -0-;;

hopefully the editing will get better… next week’s preview doesn’t look that great. Why would they make the mc’s be a third wheel to their dates -0-;;

So the highly anticipated summer blockbuster hit, Dark Knight, finally hit theatres this weekend, grossing $158,411,483, breaking Hollywood’s previous best opening weekend of $151.1 million set last year by Spider-Man 3. I was one to contribute to those numbers, although only partly ^^;; So I’m definitely NOT a movie critic and my views are entirely just that…MY view so please don’t be offended -0-

so on to the review… WARNING: SPOILERS AHEAD

I honestly didn’t think it was all that it was hyped up to be. I think with heath ledger’s “accidental prescription drug overdose” that totally made everyone want to go see it as well as give it great reviews.

I was a pretty big fan of batman when it was on tv on Saturday morning cartoons and I watched most of the batman movies that were made in the 90s, and to be perfectly honest I refused to watch Batman Begins for the longest time because I decided I didn’t like Katie Holmes. Yes, I’m super biased and I’m definitely one of those people that watch things because my favorite actor/actress is in it. But I ended up buying the dvd in one of those crazy holiday sales so I finally ended up watching it, and I actually liked it. That being sad, I actually liked Katie Holmes as Rachel in the movie and I was more than a little annoyed that they got Maggie Gyllenhaal to replace her since it’s kind of a pet peeve of mine when they use different people for the same character in a series. And honestly would it have killed Katie to do one more since she died in this movie anyway?? Which I totally saw coming by the way. Plus, she really wasn’t that pretty in there -0-

Christian Bale was hot. ^^ I’m a big fan of dark hair and blue eyes and I think he looked better in this movie than the last one. More pictures later. I kind of love the fact that Bruce Wayne is a billionaire and he totally flaunts it. I have to wonder though how many of his stunts he actually did, if any. The whole batman voice annoyed the hell out of me though. I kinda wished he would stand there silently.

Heath Ledger was pretty dead on as Joker I gotta admit. He had the mannerisms, the whole tongue thing kinda reminded me of the freak in prison break, but it was pretty much the actions of a psycho. Awesome makeup job. Awesome delivery of lines. He pretty much carried the show and while he was definitely not bad, I’m not sure that it was an oscar worthy performance, but then again I never watch oscar winning movies so what do I know.

Aaron Eckhart was really good as Harvey Dent. I couldn’t figure out where I saw him from before but he was in No Reservations. I knew I liked him for some reason lol I kind of got annoyed with the whole him being the White Knight and they kept on hitting us on the head with it. We get it…he’s the white knight to batman’s dark knight. His contrast, his opposite, the yin to the yang…yada yada yada

IMO, the story and the directing was horrible. The story was all-over the place. Then it was like the director couldn’t figure out what to do with it and it just didn’t flow. It was unorganized and trying to do too many things in too little time even though the movie was way too long. Honestly, I think they could have cut out a lot of stuff and even left Two-Face for the next movie and it would have been more organized and straightforward. They wasted too much time on the mob bosses. Seriously… who cares? And by wasting so much time on the minor bad guys, I kinda felt like they tried to cram Two-Faced into the last 15 minutes of the film because of some unwritten rule that says that batman movies need 2 villains and it kinda made the ending rushed and I felt like they didn’t really do justice to Two-Face. Then they had way too much foreshadowing that made a lot of it kind of predictable and annoying. Some of the dialogue wasn’t really subtle enough for my taste and there was just kinda too many in your face elements -0-;;

The visuals were amazing though and if you’re a big fan of those blowing up moments, this is your movie. Lots of memorable action scenes. Lots of BAM scream in your seat moments too. ^^;; I highly recommend people to watch in theatres for the full effect.

Overall, the acting was pretty solid, the directing & storyline was awful, and the visuals were pretty bomb. I give it 3.5 out of 5 stars. And one of my favorite stills from the movie

Hmm…so I’ve been toying with the idea for a while…but I finally decided to start a blog.

So many things I really like and I want to share with people since I figured I enjoy reading other people’s blogs why not start one of my own? That and I seriously need to improve my declining grammar skills -0-;; But I have such a wide variety of interests that I wasn’t sure what to focus it on, so for now, just for a little direction, I’m focusing on reviews.

So just a warning, I have a feeling I’m going to have tons of post today and maybe afterwards…a lot more erratically… wow, that word was ridiculously hard to spell -0-;; Let the postings begin!
